PQS acts as a facilitator, connecting customers with authorized Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), NBFCs, banks, and private funders across India. We specialize in:

• Business Loans (up to ₹500 Cr)

• Loans Against Property (up to 85-90% property value)

• Private Funding (from banks, NBFCs, & individual investors)

• Existing loan transfers with better interest rates

• One-day approval process and fast disbursements

• Cashback offers on loan applications

Note: We do not provide loans directly. All approvals, interest rates, and disbursements are subject to the respective financial institutions’ policies and due diligence.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and updated information during the application.

• Maintain confidentiality of your login details.

• Use our services for legal and lawful purposes only.

• Not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal and financial information with our partner DSAs, NBFCs, banks, and third-party verification services.

5. Third-Party Services

PQS may contain links or redirects to third-party websites, such as partner bank portals or NBFC applications. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these external platforms. You use them at your own discretion and risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, graphics, brand elements, and platform functionality, are owned or licensed by PQS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to offer a seamless and reliable loan facilitation experience, PQS shall not be liable for:

• Loan application rejections or delays from financial institutions.

• Losses or damages resulting from third-party actions or errors.

• Unauthorized access or technical disruptions beyond our control.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services if:

• You violate any terms outlined here.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

• There is misuse or unauthorized use of our platform.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
